Minor update to BoNE

• Fixed the page numbering, no idea how that got past editing
• Changed the combat rules a bit. You can no longer use a ranged attack in the same zone as yourself, instead you now have to roll 2d6+STR if an enemy is nearby.
• In exchange for nerfing DEX, I buffed the starting player creation values a bit.
• Fixed a few typos and images.

In addition, I'm currently halfway done with translating the zine into Russian, so I may start selling physical copies of that soon enough.
